TRUSTING YOURSELF!

Ever feel like you're drowning and life has you down? You got this!
❤️ Hope this reaches YOU, and provides the power-up needed.
Do you ever listen to the wrong voice?
For example, there’s something you wake up daily wishing you could/would do. Finally, after days, weeks, or even years of thinking about it you step into bravery and share with someone. While they may be supportive you can’t get past their, “yeah, but…” comment. ❤️ power-up!
You know how it goes, “yeah, but how would you go about that?” Or “yeah, but isn’t that going to be hard?” Or “yeah, but that’s never been done!” Or “yeah, but I had a friend’s neighbor’s cousin who tried that and…” The “but” cycle is relentless! Maybe we should tell the buts to kiss our butts? ❤️ power-up!
What are you actually looking for in sharing what’s in your heart? Validation? Confirmation? Confidence? Belonging? What is it that YOU are wanting? Seriously ask yourself this. I’m not saying it’s wrong to want all these things, but I am saying, what is it YOU are looking for?
I think you’d be surprised to know the answer already exists inside of you. We don’t need others to validate our worth, and besides they are too busy thinking about how what you just shared would affect them. In other words, their answer is skewed by THEIR experience, not yours. ❤️ power-up!
What you may be looking for in understanding. Like, life is a struggle and I’m trying to figure this out. We all get that, and maybe that’s what you should walk away with?
Other people will always use “yeah, but…” because they have no clue how THEY would do it because they aren’t YOU! Taking the time to sit with yourself and look for the answers is most important.
Ask yourself better questions, listen for the answer, trust yourself, and be open for change. Remember fear and drama love to give you all the reason to “yeah, but” it’s fear’s favorite food. Love will show you a way though, if you’re willing to see it.
Love will show you that sometimes other people’s “yeah, buts” are them saying, “ I don’t know how I would do it, but if there’s anyone who can do it, it’s you!” ❤️ power-up!
Much love to you all! ❤️
