Hope this finds who needs to see it! ❤️

I’ve been able to make some new brain buddies and share stories with them. Thanks to those who’ve connected with me. It’s comforting to hear how normal and common this crazy ride on Emotion Coaster 5000 has been over the past few days.

This 🧠 thing has opened my eyes to an obvious fact—we ALL go through things! Yours is big to you, and mine is big to me, but we all have some things we would like to avoid, move on from, let go of, and sink in a deep dark hole.

This brings me to the lesson of the day: Love is all around if I choose to see it.

I have been overwhelmed by all the love I’ve been feeling. I don’t share much about my HUGE struggles with not liking myself, low self esteem, and self sabotage. I thought for the longest time I didn’t deserve feeling good about myself let alone loving myself. If you’ve ever struggled with this, you know exactly what I mean. If not, man, you’re lucky! It’s self destructive and you can feel pretty invisible in your own life.

Find this relatable? Please know there is a different path to choose. You can choose to like yourself, forgive yourself, or cut yourself some slack. If it’s a fact that we each have a connection of chaos and struggle. I wonder if a way we learn to love ourselves is to see our commonality in our struggles?

Maybe if I feel and empathize with your struggles it helps me see what I don’t like about my own? And I can choose to be the change versus create the chaos?

I’m not sure what the correct answer is, but I do know that after learning to like myself some pretty amazing things happened. Did it happen right away? No, but it did happen cause I thought it was possible even if it didn’t feel like it.

For me, I know this new journey is just beginning and it’s scary. But tell me the last time you started anything that it wasn’t scary?! There’s normalcy in our fears, they connect us, and show us we aren’t alone. If we choose to see a different path maybe we can make each other’s way brighter?

Thank you for the love you’ve shown me and my family. You’re helping me collect power-ups for those days when I’ll need it.

Today, I hope you find a way to spread some of the love you showed me back on yourself. If you’re feeling lost and feeling like there no love for you let me say this: I see you. You’re doing great! Keep going cause life is hard, and a lot of people love you even if it doesn’t always feel like it.

Much love and thank you for the continued good vibes!
